Gambling isn’t the only fun thing to do in Las Vegas. There are lots of free things you can do and see if you know where to look and plan ahead.
One of the most popular attractions in Las Vegas is Bellagio’s fountains which are located on the strip right in front of the Bellagio. These famous fountains go off several times a day with each performance lasting around five minutes. At the time this article was written, o weekdays the fountains were scheduled to go off at 3 pm and then every hour on the hour and weekends the fountains start earlier at noon and go off every 30 minutes. The fountains dance to different music.
The Mirage also has a free show which runs after the sun goes down. Watch the Mirage’s volcano erupt. Lava and flames drop into a fountain.
The Venetian is another Vegas hotel you should be sure to check out. The hotel has canals like you’d find in Venice and even offers gondola rides. These rides aren’t free but they don’t cost much either. The interior of this hotel feels more like you are outside because the ceilings of the mall area are painted like a blue sky. It’s sort of something like you’d find at Disneyland, only done up better. Kids will especially love checking out this attraction.
Another great free attraction you should be sure to see at Caesar’s Palace. Caesar’s features some beautiful water fountains with Greek God statues. What’s cool about this attraction is the statues come to life every hour.
Treasure Island also has a free show that runs every 90 minutes. This is a sexy pirate show and features male and female dancers dressed in very little.
